I have had a wonderful experience at Steep Station. The people are friendly and the drinks are smooth and strong. Caesar and Jared both have a vast knowledge of the products. The tea is fresh and the vibe is welcoming. I would highly recommend the Tampa location.

My favorite place to drink tea and work from an incredible selection of tea and products. The most amazing staff. EVERYONE is like family and even accommodate my child while I'm trying to work. Definitely my home away from home. My son even begs me to bring him up here. It's adorable. Really great people. Love this place.

Excellent staff and drinks. Scarlet is an amazing manager and so are the workers Kate, Hill, and Ceasar. The prices are also some of the best in town and if you enjoy a chill environment with cool people this is the spot to go to. I’ve been coming here for years and it never disappoints, especially after a long stressful day. Parking is also easily accessible.

My husband Shane and I, go to Steep Station all the time (sometimes with dogs) and this place is our go-to for Teas. Every time we go in we are greeted with a smile and the ambiance is always so chill. The staff is very helpful whether you’re talking to the Manager Scarlett, Kate, Caesar , etc. they are all wonderful and amazing! The bozo obvious bigot James Smith (obviously fake name) should get an actual life instead of going out of his way to make rude comments. These are genuine good people and you are not! I’ll gladly continue to spend my money here and because it’s the best Kava/Kratom/Coffee bar in Tampa by far and that’s because of the people that work there. If you’re looking for the very best Kava Bar in Tampa look no further. This one is it! Amazing people and amazing service.

The best part about this place is the people. The baristas, especially Scarlett, are always welcoming and lovely. The tea selection is excellent, and there is a wonderful atmosphere that leads you to leaving the place with more friends than you entered with.
