Passage Kava Lounge *NOW OPEN* - Kava Bar Experience

It was wonderful to check out this new local gem today! We thoroughly enjoyed experiencing their excellent handcrafted Kava as well as trying other drinks on the menu. The service was excellent and the care given to explaining the diverse drink offerings (some of which were new to us!) was much appreciated. I love that they have a whole page of carefully crafted mocktails. Great spot to try if you are sober or wanting a break from alcohol! The space has been beautifully and intentionally designed. I can’t wait to return after dark to experience the moody Victorian library vibes of this space in all its nighttime glory! There is even a patio with gorgeous lanterns for those looking to enjoy their drinks outside. Passage Kava Lounge is bound to become a regular haunt for us!

What a beautiful place, a real gem in Nashville! The only real Kava Bar in the area and I very much enjoyed the experience. I felt very welcomed Warren spent ample time answering all of my questions! You can tell this is a passion project. For first time visitors they give a free shell of Kava and toast with you! Highly recommend!

Passage Kava Lounge has such a cozy vibe with its beautiful Victorian interior. The ambiance is perfect for relaxing, and the herbal infusions / drinks are excellent! A great spot to unwind and enjoy good company.

What a gorgeous space! Impeccably styled, a thoughtful ambiance with ample space for group activities or intimate chats. The house kava brew is delicious and I really appreciate the welcoming atmosphere. My fiancé grabbed a growler of botanical tea with agave and I took home a Velvet Shortcake creation, we love both. A great spot to check out if you’re an ethnobotanical connoisseur, or if you’re looking to explore the community. So glad we stopped in!

Very friendly and welcoming environment. I come from an area that kava bars are a much more common thing, so it’s great to see that the “kava community” is growing. Their drinks and mocktails are fantastic and high quality. Passage seems like a great place to hang out, meet friends, or get work done on your laptop (as expected, they have fast free WiFi). Note that in spite of their high-class decor / vibe, the prices are reasonable and patrons are welcome in any attire. They have a free shell special for first timers as well as different daily specials. The concept and bar are very up and coming, so I imagine the owner and staff may be open to coordinating with locals if you’re looking to host an event somewhere cool or something like that. They also have a TouchTunes jukebox so you can put on whatever music you want, which i imagine could be very fun if you come out here with friends.
