N7 Nitro Kava Bar Lakeland - Kava Bar Experience

Here's my frustration. I enjoyed coming here for my kava. Kava is the one and only thing I've ever gotten from here. I get a punch every time I get my kava. So today I went to get my kava and my friend asked me to get him a kratom tea. They guy wouldn't let ME use MY full punched card for MY kava. He forced me to use it on my friends kratom. If I can't use my punch card on what I buy every single time I come, what's the point? It's not cool. I really like yalls, kava. I'm sad I gotta go somewhere else. My friend only gave me enough money for his kratom. So I had to pay extra when I shouldn't have. I'm so disappointed. I guess I'll be I giving my other punch card away. Since I can't use it for what I buy. 🤷‍♀️

I absolutely love the environment of this place and have found myself making friends with all the regulars. The kratom here is always a good strength without making you nauseous. The employees Em, Tanner, RJ, Brian are really great and personable as well as making you feel welcome and protected in a bar setting. The pool tables are always a hit when I bring my friends.

Food, drinks, service, and the atmosphere dirty I don't know how they still in business. Lakeland chamber commerce should look into this business

This place is home to me. I might not even be here today without the men and women who work here and come here to eat, drink and be merry. Great kava, great kratom, awesome selection of psychoactive products, just an awesome place to hang if you're willing to take the time to get to know and talk to the people here.
