Kavasutra Kava Bar Sunrise - Kava Bar Experience

On first look, from the outside, it seemed it wasn't open. However it was so I went in. Parking was plentiful. Inside has low lighting and there were decorations. A few patrons were present and music was at a good volume. I loved the menus were and the bartender talked me thru the differences in Kratom and Kava. He gave me expectations of what the taste would be like and options to make Kava tastier. I chose the News**t kava and at first taste it left a bitter aftertaste. However, it was creamy, nutty and mild like a nut milk. They said the best way is to take it like a shot so I did. I sat for a while and didn't feel much but it was so cold in there that I had to leave. I def felt the effects of mellowness after I left. I was nervous about how it qould affect my body and I'd say it wasn't a bad effect. I'd try it again. I think I found a nice chill spot close to home but please make it warmer! 🙏🏾

Sam & Luis are the best! I wish Luis had more nights here. He is very attentive and is always in good spirits. Sam is the morning shift and his energy is always on 10. It is addicting, love his shifts, They make me want to keep coming back!

Super nice staff, very clean, chill vibe. Also they throw themed events which adds a little more spice to your experience. Love it!

I went by to hang out after my overnight shift just to relax for a little bit. The short girl that has red hair never greeted me and I was just sitting there waiting while she finished gossiping with her friends. By the time I ordered, it had been almost 10 minutes and I just wanted to get my order and leave at this point. When I seemed a little upset for the type of service, I was given a ton of attitude. The bar is nice but I don’t think I will be coming back.
