This is my absolute go to kava bar. You wont find better prices on drinks. Environment is pretty relaxed. Everyone is pretty friendly can easily make new friends.

Great place to chill, especially if you are a non drinker/sober. It is a sober bar. The staff is fantastic, each person a different background and story, good people. Thankful to have this place to go to when I’ve no clue what else to do, don’t want to be at bars, don’t want to be at home etc. it’s a checkpoint for me at this rate

Stopped in while on vacation in Denver. The kavatender Matt (I think?) was very friendly and welcoming. Even when it got busy he made sure to check in on everyone and it was evident he puts a lot of thought and energy into creating a great environment and community here. If I'm ever back in Denver this is the first place I would try to go. If you like or are interested in kava. Many kava bars are more like kava lounges, which are cool in their own way. But kavasutra has the same setup of a classic bar and as someone who doesn't consume alcohol much anymore it's kind of fun to be in that setting but drinking kava.

first timer and had a great experience! had some time to kill in the area, glad I stopped in. vibes were fantastic at 4:00 pm on a Thursday. would recommend a try!
