Kavahana  - Kava Bar Experience

Great drinks and services. Every new drink I tried is uniquely different and reminds me how must we are blessed with mother nature as they use all natural ingredients. I really appreciate the creativity and thoughts they put into creating these unique drinks.

Tried some yesterday for the first time during their comedy show(which was a fun time) and I liked it! I ordered the Paradise Nectar which was a new item on the menu and it was very refreshing and relaxing! Alex the bartender is very professional, kind, and knowledgeable about Kava. I’ll definitely be back.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting **Kava Hana** and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel incredibly welcomed. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the experience they provide. It’s clear that the team here takes great pride in creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for every guest. As for the drinks, wow! I was blown away by how refreshing and flavorful everything was. The kava drinks were expertly prepared, and the staff was more than happy to explain the different varieties and recommend the best options based on my taste. Each drink had its own unique flavor profile, and you can really tell that they use high-quality ingredients. The overall vibe of Kava Hana is so warm and inviting, perfect for a chill evening or even just a quiet moment to unwind. Whether you’re a seasoned kava enthusiast or trying it for the first time, this is definitely the place to go. I can't wait to return and bring friends to experience the great staff and delicious drinks for themselves! Highly recommended!

OVERALL EXPERIENCE: Would absolutely come back!! I enjoyed my drink and the effects experienced, that I bought a bag to take home!! If you're looking for an alternative to alcohol, here it is!! AMBIANCE: I came mid-week, right when they opened, so there were no crowds. Very nice, relaxed vibes. Noise level was low. Limited indoor seating, with bar seating. Outdoor patio tables, where dogs are welcome! DRESS CODE: Smart Casual ORDERED: I had no idea what I was getting into but Neil was super friendly and took the time to educate/inform me. I ordered the Zen Nectar and added a triple shot of Kava (matcha fans, this one is for you!). I was also able to taste the kava on it's own, just mixed with water and it wasn't bad at all! this was my first time consuming kava, so I went with the recommended of a triple shot. After about 45mins, I started to feel the effects and was super relaxed. I was worried it would affect my ability to drive, but Neil reassured me that Kava does not inhibit you. However, I would recommend drinking Kava in a chilled setting (not in a setting where you have to focus your attention LOL). Purchased the Kava Relax Edition ($44 w taxes). This place is so cute! The kava drinks were delicious and the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable! It was my first time trying kava and it did not disappoint. The only thing I’d change would be putting the register behind the workers so it feels like an actual bar and not so much like just a fast food/drink place (and so the workers can get more tips) which they totally deserve!!! Will definitely be introducing friends to this place. I came on a Saturday night and surprisingly it wasn’t too busy. So if you’re looking for a chill place to hangout on the weekend but don’t wanna deal with the crowd of a regular bar or the hangover of alcohol, this is the place to gooo!
