Kava Works - Kava Bar Experience

Came in here last night to checkout a place that my friend opened up. Business is easy to spot from the street, in a good area, I felt safe, plenty of parking and Jason took excellent care of me while we caught up. There's comfy couches and I really liked the calming wall paint colors - the interior and exterior were well thought out. There's a good selection of items to pick from and some light food options. Jason was attentive, knowledgeable about his products, funny, friendly and easy to talk to. It wasn't loud in here and music was at the right volume. Floors and counters were clean and loved the hilarious décor in the bathroom. I did have a surprise prescription drug interaction which amplified the kava but Jason took great care in looking after me while we waited a few hours for the kava to wear off so that I could drive home. Highly recommend this place! Thank you for everything Jason - I'll be back to try the kombucha and fried pickles.

First place I’ve ever tried kava or really knowing anything about it and from the start I believe her name is Emmy was heaven sent! She explained everything in great detail and made the whole experience from start to finish AMAZING. Started coming last week Friday and have been here multiple times since, each time everyone took real good care of me and made my experience better.Definitely have been telling all of my friends about this place! The vibe there is also great. Very chill and laid back. Live bands on Fridays, Happy Hour everyday. Seriously - check this place out if you want to learn more or if you already know a lot about Kava, check it out for the people and the atmosphere.

Perfect vibe of chill techno music and very friendly staff, who are more than happy to explain the Kava options and answer your questions. I'm happy to be a 'regular' here. Prices of drinks are about $15 each. However, they do offer deals of the day and discounts or free drink rewards for return customers.

I am usually a regular at a traditional kava bar further up North. But me and my boyfriend decided to come in and try this place, not really knowing what to expect. The owner was very welcoming and offered us free samples of a few things. The bartender was energetic and kind. The product seems to be of very high quality and I greatly enjoyed their Kratom teas and sodas. I also really enjoy that they offer food options at this bar, until the majority of other kava bars. Highly recommend this place!

This place is awesome! The vibe is chill, cool people, great kava and kratom options as well as gummies, chocolates and extracts. Emmi is one the bartenders and she is phenomenal! Love her energy and overall is great to talk to. My new favorite hang out.
