Island Root Kava Bar Port Saint Lucie - Kava Bar Experience

Sydney is the best bar tender there she is so nice and so supportive there is a pool table there and so many board games I love it island root. There is bible study and karaoke night. Bingo and Jeopardy night. Everyone is like family try it there.

I’ve been stopping in for over a year at this place and it feels like my home away from home. Cody’s my favorite kava tender and he can hook you up with a really good strawberry’s n cream kava shot! Everytime I come in it’s always a great time, and there’s also room out front to sit whenever it gets too packed inside. They host open mics, pool tournaments, and they also do special deals throughout the week too. They also have happy hour for some of their drinks too. For me I usually order a shell or two and if you don’t know what that is yet then you should come by and ask ‼️

It was our first time in a Kava bar, and we had a great experience! Our bartender(Cosmo) was amazing, very informative, and friendly. Thanks, Cosmo! We are coming back! 100% recommended.

Wanted to hang out with friends like I usually do at Island root. I wanted a kava my friend is allergic and wanted soda or orange juice. Because we weren’t all getting kava we got kicked out. I have a very long history with Island root as it meant a lot to me, from Bobby to Brooklyn to all the people I loved there. But after this experience I’m completely disgusted. I will be telling everyone that the newer better kava bar down the road is the one we will be going to and my followers as well. Edit: it wasn’t about the seating if you could read, The woman kicked us out because my friend has an allergy but was still willing to buy orange juice or soda and was willing to make the tab up to $10 buying multiples. This tells me you ADMIT to it being favoritism. So noted, if bartenders have a boyfriend and a seat un-knowingly gets taken by an ACTUAL PAYING CUSTOMER we get kicked out. I see clearly now and my followers do too.

I absolutely love this place. It's so calm and relaxing. Everyone here is super kind and welcoming. It is a great place to sit back, relax, and meet some awesome people. Dogs allowed as well!
