Best Fiji Kava - Kava Bar Experience

Great price for great quality kava! Really good strong stuff, raw (in a good way), authentic and potent. Not some mid grade stuff that looks good, as so many mainstream vendors sell. Great communication as well!! I had time constraints on my order as it was for a going away party, and realized it had been a few days since the shipping label was created and the post office had not received the physical package yet. So I sent a message stating my situation and it was rushed out to the post office the evening of the day I sent the message! Great service!!

I am a years-long customer of this business. It is my favorite kava as far as flavor and everything else and I’ve been ordering it for several years. The last couple months things have slowed way down, orders have taken way too long… and now I’ve placed two fairly large orders that never got filled at all, and I cannot get a response on the phone or email and I’ve had to go through my banks to try and get my money back. Such a disappointment to get treated like this after years of loyal purchases.

Made an order 3 week ago, have not received shipment or tracking info. Have reached out, no response. Will have to file with credit card company to recoup money spent. I would not utilize this company for Kava.

Ordered a week ago. The only update I got was for a purchase order. Messaged the seller on site, emailed seller, and called (straight to voicemail) No response. I suspect selective scamming and will be filing a charge back. I do NOT recommend!

I placed an order on January 12th my order is #16264. I am writing this on January 18th, I still have not recieved any updates or even a response from the owner. I have emailed them several times. This makes me sad because I was so excited to try the kava.
